How do Gift Certificates Work?
Our Gift Certificate process is online and automated. You buy a gift certificate through our regular checkout process by adding a gift certificate to your cart (you can buy them Here.) When your order is complete, you'll receive a special confirmation email that will include the gift certificate redemption code. You can print this confirmation to pass on a paper copy to your gift recipient or forward it on to them as an email.
When the gift recipient shops at CardAgora.com, they can redeem the Gift Certificate during checkout at our order total/payment screen and pay for their order with the gift certificate (up to the gift amount; anything over the gift amount will need an additional payment method applied).
Gift Certificates can be combined with store credit!
Can I use a Money Order or Check or Pay-Pal if I don't
have a Credit Card?
Absolutely. Let us know you'd like to place an order without a credit card by dropping
us an email to orders@cardagora.com. We'll send you back an
authorization number. During check-out, the payment page will ask you to put in the authorization number before you can pay
by Check or Money Order. When the order is created, we hold the items for you while we wait for the payment. We'll
hold inventory for seven days while waiting for a check or money order to arrive. You
can also send us a Pay-Pal payment to
pay for your order, and your order will be sent out immediately (Pay-Pal E-checks do need to clear like regular checks).

What condition are the cards and figures in?
In order to keep the hottest tournament rares and figures in stock, we often buy
collections from players; we guarantee that our cards will be in excellent
condition. New sets are purchased mint and those cards are straight from
the booster box.
Occasionally, HeroClix figures with a flying stand have been glued to the base. When this is the case, we try to put a note into the description of the figure so you know ahead of time. Important Note: When Wizkids now puts out a factory set, they are glueing all of the fliers. These are BRAND NEW figures, straight from the factory, and they are glued. We receive a fair number of factory sets from customers or E-bay, so there is a good chance fliers from the more recent sets (Fantastic Forces, Armor Wars) are glued. We also sell LE's (limited editions); as a rule, these are not in the box but are sold loose.
If you need a mint copy of a card or figure for finishing a collection, be sure to
email us so you we can verify if we have one for you - especially if its for an
older one or a highly valued tournament card, since there is a higher
chance we've deepened our inventory buying cards or figures from players.
How fast do you ship?
Our warehouse employee works Monday through Friday; orders placed during the day will be packed that day and shipped the
following morning. Orders placed late in the day or at night will get packed the following day. Orders placed over the
weekend will typically get put together on Monday and shipped on Tuesday.
What method do you ship?
USPS First Class Mail. All cards are shipped securely with top-loaders and
sleeves; larger orders will be shipped in bubble pak. Figures are shipped
in sturdy cardboard boxes with bubble wrap.
What are the shipping rates?
Shipping and Handling is $2.25 base, + $.10 per card, + $.15 per figure or $.50 per big
figure.
Canada shipments add $1.00 (automatically) to the total shipping cost.
Countries other than US/Canada add $2.00 (automatically) to the total shipping cost. There are a few international countries
where the post office is notorious for losing packages; in these countries we add a surcharge and require the package to go
USPS Registered Mail with signature confirmation.
Are other shipping methods available?
Not currently, possibly in the future. If you require other arrangements, please email us and we'll work it out with you.
For instance, we have international customers that will pay extra for Fed Ex, or Global Express, to ensure the best delivery.
Do you ship overseas?
Our online shopping cart will currently allow you to place an order to the
following countries:

How do I put my State or Province in if I live Overseas?
When building your CardAgora account, just choose the province "other"
because only USA States and Canadian provinces are listed. When
you checkout at the shopping cart, you'll be able to type in your actual
international province, and that is the address we will
use to ship your cards.
Is your website secure?
YES, we have our own secure pages using SSL encryption. All information passed to the credit card processor is
encrypted with 128-bit encryption, the internet standard.

Buy-Back Policies
You can now sell CardAgora your used and extra cards and miniatures. You'll receive your choice of cash or store credit! You
can view the Buy-back section HERE.
To start the process, you'll need to log-in to view our index of game lines. Browse the game lines to view which items we
are currently buying back. You can create an order to us for one game line at a time; however, feel free to make multiple
orders (each with a different game line) and ship them all back to us at the same time.
All items must be in excellent condition and must be received in a timely fashion. Please include an invoice with the
order; your email confirmation from the CardAgora Buy-back page is ideal - print it out and include it.
This not an offer to buy; prices in the buyback section can change frequently and will be modified based on current
inventory needs.
Cash Payments will be in the form of a check mailed back to you, or a payment to your Pay-Pal account. Please
specify on the invoice that you send to us how you'd like to receive your payment.
If you choose Store Credit, the credit gets applied to your account when we receive your Buy-back package in the
mail. When you place an order, the credit will be applied to your order total.
