The new Fourth Edition Dungeons and Dragons set DUNGEONS of DREAD has finally arrived and ready to go!

Wizards of the Coast has finally rolled out its Fourth Edition rules and Dungeons of Dread is its first miniature set. The set looks great in the high quality that you have come to expect with WotC miniatures. There are new stat cards all geared towards the new rules of combat and play, one new feature you will notice is a simplified alignment with just good, evil, and unaligned. Another feature is that the cards will have directions and area of effects for spells to make it easier. And check out some of the cool new pieces like the Eye of Flame and Mind Flayer Scourge or the Shadow Demon and Dwarf Warlord. So gear up and grab your party members for a trek through the Dungeons of Dread.

Wizards of the Coast has produced its 10th set in the Star Wars miniature line, called Legacy of the Force. This set is continuing the theme of bringing you characters from story lines and video games outside the movies. The set is packed with awesome figures like Cade Skywalker, Bounty Hunter or Kyle Katarn, Jedi Battlemaster, or a slew of new Sith like Darth Krayt or Darth Talon. Other cool new figures include more Mandalorians and Yuuzhan Vong to fill out armies and more Commandos for Empire and New republic, not mention the very cool Imperial Knights. We also see some old faces but with new up to date powers like Han Solo Galactic Hero, Leia Organa Solo Jedi Knight, or Boba Fett Mercenary Commander. Its sets like these that will keep Star Wars fresh and exciting, so check out Legacy of the Force

Your worst Nightmares has come to life!

Wizkids has finally rolled out its next set of Horrorclix called Nightmares. This set has been anxiously awaited by horror fans and is not lacking in excitement and fun. First the set has followed in the Heroclix footsteps by being packaged in the larger box and adding a fifth figure. Further more they have dropped the rookie, experienced, veteran versions for a more streamlined set and more aggressive pieces. The set has a variety of horrors ranging from the hilarious with Wizard of Oz theme Dorothy, Lion, Tin Man, and Scarecrow zombie style or beat stick Santa with his rippling muscles and naughty list to the ultra cool Archangel in armor with laser rifle and the matrix like Street Samurai. The set definitely as we have seen with Heroclix, seen an up grade to its look and craftsmanship with pieces like Nessie and Centipede. And not to be left out the fan boys are going to drool over the Succubus which has to be the sexist horror I’ve ever seen, yes I failed my will power roll, I’m ready for Hell now. All in all Nightmares is a welcome boost to the game and will add some great depth to play with monsters that rescue victims and pieces that give minions powers, so get ready for some wicked fun.

THE CRISIS IS AT HAND! The Multiverse has been torn asunder and worlds collide.

The new DC Heroclix set CRISIS has been unleashed at CardAgora, once again Wizkids has brought a stunning array of new figures and new sculpts of favorite classics. Some of the new figures like Trigon or Uncle Sam are welcome additions to the line up and many new pieces include the Metal Men, Teen Titans, and the Royal Flush Gang to name a few. Then there are some familiar characters with new faces like Nightwing and Deathstroke, or my personal favorite Black Adam. One of the cool new features are the team up pieces that allow you to double attack like Hawk and Dove or Nightwing and Starfire, which show case both characters on the same base. Also the attention to detail and color on the paint jobs far out reach any to date and truly push this set into high collect ability. Rounding this set out are new Feats, Battlefield conditions, and some amazing new event dials like 52 or Infinite Crisis. My hats off to you Wizkids for out doing yourselves on each set and making CRISIS every bit worthy of the Fans who love the game.
